Installing Operating System

There are many instances in which you need to install an operating system, Maybe you would like to upgrade to a more
advanced operating system. Or your computer has become choked with junk files.
The steps on how to install the operating system.
1. Back up any personal data on your hard drive, use CD's or DVD s.
2. Insert the operating system disc into your disc drive, and
restart your computer and go into your BIOS to change your settings that will make the computer boot from your CD-ROM drive.
3. Boot the system to the disc. Allow the disc to load all the necessary files, and you'll need to press ESC in order to install a fresh, new copy.
4. if you're reinstalling windows, you'll want to delete the current partition that it is installed on. Press "D" to delete partition and "L" to confirm the deletion of this partition. Press " C " to create a new partition.
5. Choose the method for formatting the hard drive, and the most common method is NTFS.
6. Follow the on- screen instruction to complete the installation of the operating system.
